Being a boutique luxury home builder we only take on a select few homes at a time. This allows us to give the upmost in time and attention to developing and improving our homes with each build. We are not a complex organization with multiple levels of personnel and management.
We are a father/son principal business with extremely high levels of commitment to each job focusing on every detail, and maintaining the highest quality.
We believe in our homes so much that a high majority of our business is spec home development without outside investors. As principals, we also live in the product we build, in the communities in which we work and play. That’s a commitment to “creating relationships through remarkable home building”!

Chris Stout
Co-Founder
Not only is Chris passionate about custom home building. It’s in his family. Growing up in the Midwest Chris’s father was a custom home builder for over 20 years, teaching Chris the business from a very early age. Chris graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in business management and immediately moved to southwest Florida. A few years after co-founding the business with his father Mark, Chris met and fell in love with his beautiful wife Rachel “a rare find” born and raised in Naples, FL.
Ironically, Rachel also grew up the daughter of a Naples custom home builder. Throughout her life growing up Rachel moved from one new luxury home to the next in numerous communities in Naples including the Moorings, Pelican Bay and Pelican Marsh. Chris and Rachel now reside in a Riverview Custom Home in Naples with their 3 boys Luke, Jake, and Owen who are already learning the business at an early age with numerous job site visits with Chris!
Mark Stout
Co-Founder
From an early age growing up in the Midwest, Mark has lived the definition of an entrepreneurial spirit. Starting in full time sales at the age of 18, and owning his first RV dealership by the age of 25. For almost 40 years, of which 30 include custom home building, Mark has successfully owned and sold several businesses, and has developed many residential and commercial properties.
While succeeding in these different business activities Mark has always found great joy in residential custom home development. While Mark continues to invest his time and money, it’s his business experience, knowledge and guidance that have been invaluable to the making the company what it is today.
Mark and his wife Carol have owned a home in Southwest Florida since 1999 and have been full time residents since 2005. They currently reside in a Riverview Homes developed property and remain active in their church, golf club, and traveling on their boat, when they aren’t baby-sitting their future builder grandsons!
